Transer/Withdrawal

  • Request for transfer / withdrawal (or termination) must be made in writing and submitted together with supporting documents to the school.
  • A counselling session will be held between the student and CBS’s staff to understand the reasons for transfert/withdrawal and where appropriate to offer alternative programs to the student. The student makes the final decision on whether to remain in the school or to proceed with the withdrawal or transfer.
  • A student, who withdraws from our school to enrol with another school or to return to his/her native country for whatever reasons, shall be deemed to have withdrawn (or terminated) from the school.
  • Students less than 18 years of age MUST also have written evidence that the student’s parent(s)/legal guardian supports the transfer.
  • All application for transfer school will be considered within 7 days and the School .
  • Students whose request for transfer has been refused may appeal the deci sion in accordance with the school’s Dispute Resolution Policy
  • All requests pertaining to withdrawal matters must be approved by the management of CBS.
