Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management

The programme aims to provide students with conceptual and theoretical frameworks in hospitality and tourism management. It is suited for those who wish to acquire core skills and knowledge about the hospitality and tourism business. The core modules will enable you to develop fundamental and international hospitality and tourism specific management skills and knowledge. The hospitality- specific core modules provide students with a strong working knowledge of the international hospitality industry. Students will be able to identify, analyse and evaluate the key issues that need to be addressed within the industry. The tourism specific core modules enable student to identify the principal components involved in the study and understanding of tourism.
